Hey, I'm Arpita, a product lead who is happiest turning messy, half-formed ideas into things people actually use.

I currently lead product at a company based in Canada, where we're figuring out what it takes for AI to work in real production - not just in a demo.

I'm based in Mississauga, Canada. Bangalore, India is where I grew up and still feel at home.

I'm interested in things like product strategy, AI in production, PLG, hiring and team-building, healthcare, systems design, and writing.

Things I'm involved with:

• Product & AI in production. I care less about what a model can do in a demo and more about whether it survives real usage - real data, real teams, real edge cases nobody warned you about.

• Hiring and building teams. I've spent time building structured ways to evaluate and hire early-career talent — I'd rather see what someone's actually shipped than just read their resume.

• Music, writing, strength training, running, and painting. A mix of things that keep me moving and things that slow me down - I need both.

• Spirituality. I lean spiritual rather than religious - meditation is the practice that keeps me grounded.
